Allison was destined to be an Atlanta realtor and join her family’s longstanding history of successful real estate professionals. She follows closely in her father’s footsteps. Today, Kevin Levent is the CEO of BHGRE Metro Brokers and he is known as one of the most prominent real estate industry leaders in the Southeast. Kevin is recognized for his exceptional leadership approach and historic track record for growing and improving BHGRE Metro Brokers real estate since he assumed his role as CEO.
While Kevin has an impressive collection of career milestones, accolades, and accomplishments to boast about - Allison remains close behind. She’s on a personal mission to create her own Atlanta legacy by building on the foundation of her father’s real estate success.
Allison first earned her realtor license in 2010 and began working at Metro Brokers corporate office for 3 years managing foreclosures for banking institutions. In 2013, she became her own very first client when she managed the purchase of her Atlanta condominium at Colony Square in the heart of Midtown. She is also the proud realtor and new townhome co-owner of a recently purchased lake-front property in Lake Hartwell, GA. Allison helped her husband, Casey to secure his very first property with this investment!
As of 2022, Allison empowers her clients with more than fifteen years of Georgia real estate industry expertise and knowledge - and boasts an impressive portfolio of 200 homes sold, totaling almost $100,000,000 in sales and counting.
